2) 圖片只供參考, 相片背景及道具不作出售。

3) 基於每件產品需保持獨特性, 及由人手製作, 故每件產品可能與圖片有少許差別, 敬請見諒。

4) 產品物料會因應市場供應而作出更改, 但會保持整體設計觀感。

5) 本地訂購產品已包郵費, 並經香港郵政寄出.不接受當面交收. 如需掛號, 請事前通知, 並需收取 HKD $13元掛號費。如閣下使用銀行轉賬繳費，請將銀行收據副本電郵至online@order-bulk.com。

6) 由於手製品製作需時, 訂購後需要3-7個工作天後寄出. 郵寄需1-3個工作天。如需趕製, 請電郵另外通知, 並收取每件最少額外HKD $20費用。

7) 如對產品有特別要求, 請列明資料或留下聯絡電話, 本網將儘快回覆, 商議有關事項, 並需因應要求收取額外附加費用。

8) 若產品出現合理損壞(不包括售後出現之弄髒、暴力引致之損壞等), 可於3個工作天內寄回更換, 恕不能退錢。

9) 請尊重用心製作的精神, 支持本地原創作, 恕不接受議價。

10)同單惠顧產品 HKD $1000 元或以上, 可享九折優惠。

Rules and declare

1) Copyrighted products, all products should not be reproduced. All other rights reserved. Any infringements will result in appropriate legal action.

2) Photos are for reference only. Props and background materials are not for selling.

3) Items which are not exactly the same from the photo references due to the uniqueness of hand-made product.

4) Materials may be a bit different depending on the supply in the market but the design should be kept in detail.

5) All items will only be delivered by post. The local postage fee (by Hong Kong Post) is included in the payment. For registration, advanced notice should be noted by email with extra charges HKD 13. If you adopt bank auto payment, please kindly scan and send us the copy to online@order-bulk.com.

6) Products will be shipped within 3 to 7 working days, and takes 1-3 working days to receive. Please email us for urgency and there is a minimum charge of HKD $ 20 for each item.

7) Please list the details or contact us for special requirements, we will contact you as soon as possible. Extra charges may apply.

8 ) No refund. Products can be exchanged within three working days only if there’s non-human damage found.

9) No bargaining.

10)10% off for a single purchase order of HKD$1000 or above.
